Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
1. Service
BidReady is a software tool that helps users identify common bid and solicitation requirements from text they provide. It is intended as an organizational aid, not as legal, procurement, insurance, bonding, accounting, or professional advice.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the original solicitation and all amendments, attachments, instructions, and applicable rules. BidReady does not guarantee that it will identify every requirement, deadline, conflict, or risk, and you remain responsible for your submission.
3. User-provided content
You may provide solicitation text to use the paid checklist. You represent that you have the right to provide that material for this purpose and will not knowingly submit information that you are prohibited from sharing.
4. Paid checklist
The current paid product is a one-time $9 checklist for a single solicitation. Payment is processed through Stripe. Access to the paid checklist is provided after successful payment and verification.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The BidReady software, interface, branding, and original content are owned by or used by the service operator and may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law. You retain your rights in solicitation material you provide.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving, early-product basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may update these terms as the service develops; the current version will be posted here.
8. Disclaimers
BidReady is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular procurement or business decision.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. For paid purchases, the maximum aggregate liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
